The Confederation of Latin America is a nation in the Americas.

The Confederation was first established upon the merger of Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile in 1943. Not wanting to be left out, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and former French Guinea merged into the Confederation by 1945.

By 1947, the Confederation invaded Central America up until Nicaragua. Seeing the Japanese got in the way of invading Central America, the Confederation decided to sign an non-aggression pact with Japan.

Since then, the Confederation had conflicts with the Japanese and the Ghosts. In 1965, Zombies started to appear in former French Guinea and a huge campaign was launched to destroy them. In 1972 the Zombies, as well as the remaining French, were eliminated in former French Guinea. The European Federation had condemned this action, and threatened to invade the Confederation. Despite the threat, the European Federation nor the Duchy of Moscow could ever attempt to invade as it would involve travelling across the ocean. Seiga Kaku, Empress of the Duchy of Moscow, had plans to invade but got distracted by other issues.

The Confederation is allied with Florida and the Caribbean. In 1985, CoLA established alliances with Cote d'Ivore, South Africa, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
